Daniel Leon

Daniel Leon is a Quality Assurance Engineer and Mechanical Project Engineer at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. since February 2020, where responsibilities include technical oversight of nuclear plant components and simulation-based Navy training equipment. Prior experience includes a Process Engineering Co-op at City Brewing Company, focusing on improving production efficiency and reducing costs, and serving as a Resident Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, promoting academic excellence among undergraduate students. Daniel also worked as a YMCA Creator Space Program Advisor through AmeriCorps, developing a technology and engineering program for youth, and as an Operations Intern at Guardian Oil Field Services, LLC, providing on-site project support in the petroleum and natural gas sector. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.
