Lauren Haley

Lauren Haley is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. since July 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous positions as a Mechanical Engineer at Electromechanical Engineering Associates, Inc. from February 2017 to July 2022, and as Balance Pit Lead & Mechanical Engineer at BRUSH Group from August 2012 to January 2017. Throughout the career, Lauren has managed high-speed balance facilities, ensured project profitability, supported sales and tendering processes, conducted mechanical balancing on power generation equipment, and provided technical guidance on balance and vibration issues. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned in 2014.
