Mark Merlino

Mark Merlino, MBA, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc., where roles have included acting manager of talent acquisition & development and financial analyst since August 2018. Responsibilities have included evaluating work scopes for funding, reconciling budgets, and managing financial analyses. Previous experience includes roles such as lead billing analyst, auditor, and accounting intern in various organizations, as well as coaching junior varsity and junior high baseball at Penn Trafford High School. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Seton Hill University and a bachelor's degree from Washington & Jefferson College.
