Chanel M. Bradden

Chanel M. Bradden, MBA LEA, serves as a member of the HBR Advisory Council at Harvard Business Review since August 2024 and has held a position in Governance and Shareholder Relations at Bechtel Corporation since January 2023. Previously, Chanel worked at Lockheed Martin from March 2015 to January 2023, supervising a team focused on corporate governance and compliance for global subsidiaries. Experience also includes roles as Corporate Paralegal at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Senior Paralegal and Assistant Secretary for Subsidiary Management at Marriott International, and Administrator for Van Metre Companies. Chanel holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University, an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor's in Legal Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and an Associate's degree in Office Science from Community College of Philadelphia.
