David Houts possesses extensive experience in civil and mechanical design, having held various senior roles across multiple companies. Current employment is with Bechtel Corporation as a Senior Civil and Mechanical Designer, following a tenure at UCOR as a Senior Design Specialist. Previous positions include experiences at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. as a Computer Aided Design Manager, LDA Engineering, Norvell and Poe, and as a Project Manager at Norvell and Poe. David's early career involved roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Cycle Gear Inc., where managerial responsibilities were undertaken. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering/Industrial Management from East Tennessee State University and an Associate of Science in Civil Drafting and Civil Engineering CAD/CADD from Pellissippi State Community College.
