Felipe Liberona Cataldo

Felipe Liberona Cataldo serves as the Total Rewards Supervisor for Latin America at Bechtel Corporation since October 2019, leading People Operations and Shared Services in Compensation and Benefits, while overseeing the execution of Total Rewards programs in alignment with strategic guidelines. Previously, Felipe held several roles at Laureate International Universities from April 2015 to October 2019, including Head of Organizational Development for the Andean Region and Senior Analyst for Compensation Control in the same region, where Felipe implemented competency projects and managed talent assessment processes. Felipe’s earlier experience includes positions at Universidad Andrés Bello, Aramark, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, Lafarge, and AGUNSA, showcasing a strong foundation in human resources, financial analysis, and project management. Felipe holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, an MBA from Universidad Europea, and a Diploma in Business and Management from Southern Cross University.
