Kaitlyn W.

Kaitlyn W. is an experienced project scheduler with a strong background in managing complex schedules across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Planner/Scheduler at Bechtel Corporation since February 2022, Kaitlyn also held the position of Lead Procurement Scheduler for the Sentinel project and previously managed Engineering and Procurement schedules. Prior to Bechtel, Kaitlyn worked at Ameren from November 2019 to February 2022 as a Digital PMO Project Scheduler, overseeing multiple EVM schedules for digital projects worth $20 million, and providing training and reporting support. Earlier experience includes serving as a Transmission Project Controls Specialist at Xcel Energy from August 2016 to November 2019, where Kaitlyn managed over 100 schedules within a large capital projects portfolio. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from West Texas A&M University between 2015 and 2018.
