Kiara Austin

Kiara Austin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and workforce services, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sectors. At Bechtel Corporation from October 2020 to September 2023, Kiara held pivotal roles including Senior HR Business Partner for Infrastructure Americas and Project Services Manager for the Rio Tinto Jadar Project, overseeing human resources, labor relations, and stakeholder integration. In addition to navigating complex international labor laws and immigration management, Kiara demonstrated leadership by managing teams and developing project culture and talent. Kiara holds a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University and is currently pursuing ICF certification with a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
