Vyom Sahu, PMP, is a senior cost, commercial, and project controls leader with over 26 years of experience in mega projects, including roles in cost planning and project management at Bechtel Corporation and AL Riyadh New Mobility. Previously, Vyom held various positions at Larsen & Toubro, where they mentored planning teams and managed complex projects, including the underground tunnel construction for DMRC and the Nashik Elevated Corridor Project. Vyom has significant expertise in risk management, change governance, and maintaining project budgets, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya. Currently, Vyom continues to drive efficiency and success in large-scale transportation infrastructure projects.
