Ken Kaminski has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Ken currently serves as the CFO at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, where they lead the finance function and advises on growth initiatives. Prior to this, they were the Vice President and Controller at Innovairre, where they managed the accounting and financial management functions. Ken also held the position of SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis at DFC Global Corp., where they played a crucial role in the company's IPO. Ken started their career at Verizon as an Assistant Manager, Network Cost Analyst, and later worked as a Controller at CSL Behring. Additionally, Ken worked as an M&A Analyst at Honeywell Process Solutions, specializing in financial valuations and operational integrations of acquired companies.
Ken Kaminski completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, which they obtained between 1984 and 1988. Ken then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at La Salle University from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, in March 2019, Ken obtained a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
