John Howard has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as an Associate at Becker & Frondorf since 1999, where responsibilities include acting as the Owner's Representative for non-profit capital projects from pre-construction to construction close-out. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Projects at the Foundation for Architecture from 1991 to 1999, leading initiatives like the Philadelphia Vehicular Wayfinding System and the 21st Century Neighborhoods Conference. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Architect at Cecil Baker & Associates, where John initiated a CAD program, and as a Furniture Maker at Larimore Design Studio. John holds a Master of Architecture degree from Drexel University, attended the University of Pennsylvania, and studied at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

As the Owner's Representative, Becker & Frondorf provides comprehensive Project Management services for companies and organizations undertaking design and construction projects. Our Cost Estimators typically work for Architects and designers who are required to give opinions of probable cost throughout the design process to make sure that proposed designs are aligned with the project budget.
