Sanjeev Suratwala

Sanjeev Suratwala, MD, MBA, is an Associate Professor and Spine Specialist at Northwell Health since August 2010. Sanjeev co-founded Recuperet Health in January 2023, focusing on enhancing post-procedure recovery through technology. Previously, Sanjeev served as an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine until October 2023 and completed fellowships at the Cervical Spine Research and Twin Cities Spine Center. Sanjeev's medical training includes an orthopaedic surgery residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Columbia University. Additional academic credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from New York University. Sanjeev is also a current member of the Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Alumni Association.
