Tim Kenny is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Construction Estimator at Becker & Frondorf since June 2013, Tim has previously held positions as a Building Inspector at BIU, Inc. from November 2010 to June 2013, an Architect at Meyer Design between March 2006 and October 2010, and a Project Manager at Drexel University Planning Design and Construction from August 1999 to March 2006. Tim holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University (1997-2003) and a Certificate in Construction Estimating from Bucks County Community College (2013).

As the Owner's Representative, Becker & Frondorf provides comprehensive Project Management services for companies and organizations undertaking design and construction projects. Our Cost Estimators typically work for Architects and designers who are required to give opinions of probable cost throughout the design process to make sure that proposed designs are aligned with the project budget.
