Andres S.

Andres S. has worked as a Corporate Associate at Becker, Glynn, Muffly, Chassin & Hosinski LLP since August 2015. In this role, their responsibilities include M&A, corporate finance, project finance, investment funds, and general corporate advisory matters. Andres is involved in negotiating and drafting various corporate transactional documents for both domestic and cross-border transactions.
