Reneta Lynn Vallone

Reneta Lynn Vallone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business solutions and customer service. Currently serving as a Business Solutions Analyst and Salesforce Product Owner at Becker Professional Education since 2009, Reneta oversees Salesforce development and provides leadership to eCommerce Operations Administration, collaborating with stakeholders to shape the product vision. Previously, Reneta held the position of Production/Customer Service Supervisor at TRANSCORE/HORIZON STAFFING from 2007 to 2008, managing a call center and data entry teams while addressing customer issues as the primary point of escalation.
