Chris Carlson

Chris Carlson currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Beckers Group, responsible for the full cycle of HR operations including strategy, performance management, payroll, and employee relations. Notably recognized as a 2023 Beckers Sustainability Award Finalist, Chris has played a key role in enhancing diversity in hiring practices. Previous experiences include leadership roles at Elgin Fastener Group, AMTEC Precision Products, and United Vaccines, where a commitment to culture and equitable pay was emphasized. Chris has also contributed to education as an adjunct instructor at Northern Illinois University and held operational positions in various organizations dedicated to community service and employee development. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
