Stephen Crabb

Stephen Crabb is an experienced professional with a substantial background in operations and management within the oil and chemicals sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Beckers Group since January 2023, Crabb has also held various leadership roles at Tata Chemicals Europe since November 2016, including Head of Operations. Prior experience includes significant positions at Baker Hughes, where responsibilities encompassed senior operational management for multiple product lines as well as health, safety, and environmental leadership. Crabb has also served as SHEQ Manager at Taylors Industrial Services and Contracts Manager at TDG, alongside a foundational role as Distribution Manager at Nynas AB. Crabb earned a BA Hons in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University.
