Laura Dyrda

Laura (Miller) Dyrda has extensive work experience in the healthcare and publishing industries. Laura is currently a Member at Chief, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Becker's Healthcare, including Vice President, Editor in Chief starting in 2010. In this role, they led small and large teams to achieve ambitious goals and worked on two trade publications, Becker's ASC Review and Becker's Spine Review. Laura was responsible for developing and editing content, conducting research and interviews, and planning editorial content. Before their time at Becker's Healthcare, Laura worked at The Knox Student as an Editor, where they managed a team of editors and produced a weekly newspaper. Laura also gained experience in office administration as an Office Assistant at the Red Cross of Western Illinois, where they managed course certificates, performed data entry, and assisted with various projects.

Laura (Miller) Dyrda obtained a BA in Creative Writing/History from Knox College in the years 2006 to 2010. In 2021, they completed an Intrepreneurship Certificate at Cornell University.
