Andrea Brown, FCIPD, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as the Group Head of HR at Beckett's Foods Ltd since December 2019, Andrea previously held the position of Head of HR for the Northampton Business Unit at Greencore from April 2016 to December 2019. Prior to that, Andrea worked at Carlsberg Group from September 2013 to April 2016, where roles included Commercial Head of HR and HR Business Partner. Earlier experience at Tesco Maintenance Ltd spanned from 1998 to August 2013, encompassing multiple positions such as Head of Personnel and Personnel Manager.
