Rachael Steed

Rachael Steed is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Head of HR at Finlays since January 2019. Prior to this role, Rachael held various HR positions at Nelsons from November 2010 to December 2022, including Head of HR, HR Business Partner, and Assistant HR Advisor. Rachael's career in HR began as an HR Assistant at the Science Museum in late 2010. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Boston University.
