Lisa White

Lisa White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and human resources. Currently serving as Cluster Business Manager at Beckfoot Trust since June 2023, Lisa previously held the position of Operation and Business Manager at Dixons Cottingley Academy, where responsibilities included overseeing all operational functions, health and safety, and human resources. Prior to this, Lisa was the Business Administration Manager at Ramsay Health Care and Finance HR & Estates Manager at Bowling College, where leadership and management of various departments were key components of the role. Lisa's career began at NatWest in customer services and administration within the Bradford Community Health Trust, coupled with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bradford College. A passionate advocate for HR, Lisa is also involved in training and mentoring within educational settings.
