Brian Vaughan

Brian Vaughan serves as the Director of Operational Excellence and Chief of Staff for North America Client Services at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a position held since February 2020. In this role, responsibilities include executing the Chief of Staff duties for the Client Services leadership team and directing the creation of operational reviews. Previous roles at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics include Director of North America Service Operations and Senior Manager of Implementation Services, where significant success was achieved in managing field teams and building strong relationships with Sales and Service teams. In addition to experience in diagnostics, Brian Vaughan is a co-owner of Atomic Speedway since February 2022 and has a background as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Medical Technologist at Berger Health System. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration focused on Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.
