Cara Lepore

Cara Lepore currently serves as the Manager of Global Market Access, Health Economics & Policy at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics since May 2023. Previously, Cara worked at MITRE as a Senior Health Policy Analyst, delivering recommendations to federal health sponsors and managing project relationships for the NIH SEED Office. Cara's experience includes roles at The Pew Charitable Trusts as a Senior Associate and Associate in the Antibiotic Resistance Project, where expertise in the clinical antibiotic pipeline was developed. Early career experiences include an ORISE Postbaccalaureate Fellowship at the FDA focused on norovirus vaccine research and research assistant positions in HIV clinical trials and antibody binding technologies. Cara holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Furman University.
