Maria Dimitrova-Martin

Maria Dimitrova-Martin, CPIM, is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in global supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain and Global S&OP at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, Maria leads the global S&OP process. Prior to this, roles included Global Supply Chain Director at Donaldson, where Maria successfully reduced late dollars by 70% and improved on-time delivery. At Medtronic, Maria managed inventories for diverse product lines, driving significant inventory reduction programs and enhancing operational efficiency. Earlier experience at 3M involved leading cross-functional projects focused on supply chain excellence and capacity planning. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
