Stephanie Lindberg

Stephanie Lindberg currently serves as a Senior Manager of Program Management at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where responsibilities include leading a team of Program Managers and overseeing a portfolio of new product developments and enhancements since November 2015. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager, where Stephanie facilitated a significant product transfer program and achieved record regulatory submissions, and Project Manager at Medtronic, managing a $7M technology program across multiple R&D sites. With earlier experience at Target and Medtronic, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in organizational performance improvement, project management methodologies, and the establishment of best practices.
