Yael Sandowski

Yael Sandowski has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product development and management.

Starting in 2000, Yael worked as a Scientist at DSL Inc. in Webster TX until 2001. Following that, they joined DSL (Israel) as a Senior Development Scientist and remained there until 2005.

In 2005, Yael joined Beckman Coulter (Israel) and initially worked as an R&D lab manager until 2008. They then took on the role of Director, product development and General Manager until 2020.

Finally, in 2015, Yael joined Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as the Director Of Product Development, a position they currently hold.

Yael Sandowski holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biochemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. In 2019, they attended TalkMaster for a course on Presentations and Storytelling. Yael also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completing it from 1988 to 1991. Yael has received Diplomas of Education in Organizational Consultation from Gishot and in Positive Psychology from the Maytive Center, both in the year 2021. Furthermore, Yael has attended an institution called Rotberg, but no specific degree or field of study information is provided for that period.
