Ben Paolone

Ben Paolone joined the Becknell Chicago Team as a Senior Vice President – Head Capital Markets. In this role, he will formally develop and establish Becknell’s capital markets platform for the long-term while securing capital and ensuring all Becknell partners receive superior service and returns. With nearly 15 years of real estate capital markets experience, Ben brings with him extensive expertise in acquisitions, financing and asset management on a national industrial development platform. Ben received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and his Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Investments from DePaul University. .
