Chris Whalen

Chris Whalen, CCIM has a strong background in financial analysis and commercial real estate. Chris has worked as a Vice President at Becknell Industrial since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Vice President at Realogic Analytics, LLC from 2022 to 2023, where they developed financial models, transaction strategies, and provided ongoing support for commercial real estate analysis. Chris also has a long history at Duke Realty Corporation, where they held various roles including Vice President of Financial Analysis, Corporate Responsibility Chairperson, Assistant Vice President of Financial Analysis, Senior Manager of Financial Analysis, Regional Manager of Financial Analysis, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Chris began their career as a Research Manager at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker from 1997 to 1999.

Chris Whalen, CCIM completed their education at Ball State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and also a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design in Architecture. Chris furthered their education at The CCIM Institute, where they received the certification of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2009 from the CCIM Indiana Chapter.
