Bharathi Rao

Bharathi R. has extensive work experience in various project management and consulting roles. They are currently serving as the Technology PMO lead at Beckway Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Vervient Inc. since 2012.

In 2019, Bharathi joined E470 as a Sr. Project Manager and held this position until 2022. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Sr. Program Management at Travelport.

Before that, Bharathi worked at HCA IT&S as a Sr. Project Management Consultant from 2016 to 2017. Their role at Deloitte from 2014 to 2016 was in senior program management consulting, specializing in SAP implementation.

From 2013 to 2014, Bharathi worked at HCA as a Program/Project Management Consultant, where they were responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in the infrastructure and security group.

They also held two significant positions at American Electric Power, where they served as the Director of Strategic IT Programs from 2010 to 2013, responsible for compliance standards and implementation of identity and access management solutions. Prior to that, Bharathi was the Director of Corporate IT Systems Planning from 2008 to 2010, leading IT initiatives and strategic planning.

Bharathi's earlier experience includes roles at Nationwide Insurance as an IT Application Owner, Manager, and IT Project Manager/Project Lead from 2002 to 2008. They began their career at Tata Unisys as an IT Project Manager from 1997 to 2002.

Bharathi R. obtained a B.E. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, from 1992 to 1996. Bharathi pursued further education at Franklin University, where they earned an MBA degree in Information Systems from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Bharathi has additional certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) v3 from ITIL, Oracle Certified Professional from Oracle, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
