Frank Mattiace

Frank Mattiace is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Operating Director at Beckway since February 2022, focusing on enhancing the value of privately held businesses through strategic execution and interim management. Previously, Frank held various roles at Acreage Holdings from June 2016 to January 2022, including Manager of Special Projects, where responsibilities included overseeing complex commercial operations and managing business development initiatives. Frank also developed a foundational PMO framework and created project tracking tools to enhance project visibility. Frank's early career includes an internship at Beat the Streets Philadelphia, mentoring student-athletes and assisting with social media and fundraising efforts. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
