Gregg Mueser

Gregg Mueser has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Gregg is currently working as a Senior Operations Director at Beckway Group, where they specialize in improving the value of privately held businesses through execution-focused strategies and real-world industry experience.

Prior to their current role, Mueser served as the President of Mueser Enterprise, LLC, where they delivered operational transformation projects and achieved successful results for clients of all sizes. Gregg also has experience as a Senior Operations Analyst at Implementation Engineers and as a Senior Consultant at BeckWay Group.

Before joining Beckway Group, Mueser held various positions at Hitachi Consulting, including Director, where they led the implementation of management control and reporting systems and focused on delivering manufacturing productivity improvements. Gregg also worked as a Project Manager at Celerant Consulting, which was later acquired by Hitachi Consulting.

Mueser's early career includes managerial roles at Chrysler and Ford Motor Company. At Chrysler, they managed the Black Belt Core Group and deployed various problem-solving methodologies throughout the company. Gregg also served as a Black Belt and Design and Release Engineer at Ford, where they completed multiple Six Sigma projects and integrated Six Sigma with Ford's Lean Production system.

Gregg Mueser obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. After that, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Avoiding Phishing Scams" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
