Keith Swenson

Keith Swenson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources consulting and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Operating Partner at BeckWay Group since September 2019, Keith focuses on enhancing EBITDA growth and exit value for private equity funds and portfolio companies. Previously, as Founder of K Swenson & Partners, Keith acted as an advisor to TPG. Keith held significant roles at Horizon Pharma plc as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and was a Founding Partner at Dovetail Talent & Organization Advisors, providing strategic HR consulting. In earlier positions, Keith was Managing Partner at Capital H Group, Worldwide Partner at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Principal at Willis Towers Watson, and Partner at Deloitte, leading initiatives in leadership consulting and client management. Keith holds a BS in Business and Journalism from the University of Minnesota and is an alumnus of Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
