Violeta Becerra

Violeta Becerra has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as HRBP at Jose Cuervo since October 2012. Prior to this, Violeta worked at Manpower Inc. from November 2003 to September 2012 as an Ejecutivo de Servicio, focusing on recruitment, psychometric evaluations, payroll processes, and employee and client support. Violeta also held the position of Analista Administrativo at Combustibles y Lubricantes Las Torres from February 2002 to June 2003, where responsibilities included invoicing, cash management, expenses, payments, and accounting reports. Violeta holds a degree in Psychology with specializations in clinical, labor, and neuropsychology from Universidad de Guadalajara, completed in 2001.
