Michelle W. has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Michelle started as a Social Innovation Forum Development Assistant at Root Cause in 2012, where they focused on startup applications and investor relations. Following this, they worked at Rapp Collins New York as a Client Services Assistant for Hewlett-Packard. Michelle then transitioned into marketing and PR at CM Communications, followed by a role as a Campaign Manager at PledgeMusic. In 2015, they founded WEBand - Cashless Payments before moving on to roles at Deliveroo, such as Account Executive, Regional Account Manager, Business Ops Strategy Manager, and Head of Sales Planning. Michelle also worked as the Chief Of Staff at Zego before becoming a Founding Member of the old girls club. Currently, they serve as the Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner at BECO Capital. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated a strong skill set in business strategy, operations, and leadership.
