Rob Shallenberger

Rob Shallenberger has been a leader in the business and military world since 2000. In 2011, they became the CEO of Becoming Your Best Global Leadership, a company that helps organizations develop high-performance people, culture, and strategies. Rob also served as a Business Consultant for Afterburner that same year. Prior to that, they were an Air Force One Advance Agent for the U.S. Air Force, responsible for providing and coordinating all the support for the arrival, stay, and departure of Air Force One and its crew. Rob was also an F-16 and T-38 Instructor Pilot and Evaluator, honing their leadership and decision making skills in challenging environments.

Rob Shallenberger completed a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from Utah State University between 1997 and 2000. Rob then went on to pursue a Masters of Business Administration from Colorado State University from 2007 to 2009.
