Alex Wander

Alex Wander is a seasoned professional in technology risk and compliance, currently serving as the Global Director of Risk and Compliance at BD since July 2020. In this role, Alex oversees regulatory assessments for system implementations and modifications, ensuring compliance with regulations such as SOX and GDPR. Prior to this position, Alex held the title of Associate Director at Protiviti, focusing on IT audit and technology risk consulting, and has extensive experience in IT General Controls, cybersecurity, and change management. Alex began the career at Strategies for Wealth as a Financial Representative Intern, following the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University in 2011.
