Andrew Pogmore

Andrew Pogmore has extensive experience in information technology leadership, currently serving as the Global Director Information Technology: Lead Business Partner at BD since July 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew spent 16 years at Estee Lauder Group of Companies, progressing through various positions including Director Information Technology: Concept Management & Innovation Applications Lead, Senior Business Systems Analyst, and Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst. Andrew’s career began at MBDA Missile Systems, where a role as Systems Developer / Specialist was held from February 2002 to February 2006. Andrew obtained a degree from the University of Greenwich between 1998 and 2001.
