Carole Ledford

Carole Ledford serves as the Senior Manager of International Regulatory Affairs at BD, leading a team that manages global technical dossier creation, submission to local authorities, and product approvals worldwide. With a career at BD spanning from 1995 to the present, Carole has held various roles, including Manager of Field Molecular Applications, Manager of Training and Development, Technical Services Group Leader, and Technical Specialist, focusing on employee engagement, account management, and customer support. Additionally, Carole has worked as a Retail Salesperson at Cracker Barrel since May 2014 and started as a Medical Technologist at Maryland Medical Laboratories in 1990. Carole graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Towson University in 1991.
