Catherine Karue

Catherine Karue serves as the Associate HR Director for Africa, Middle East & Turkey at BD since September 2013, where responsibilities include strategic HR leadership and fostering an inclusive culture in partnership with commercial leaders. Prior to BD, Catherine was the Senior Talent Manager for Philips Africa, driving talent management initiatives across multiple countries. Experience also includes HR business roles at Medrad and Mellon HR Solutions, focusing on employee relations and organizational capacity development. Catherine's educational background comprises an MBA in Strategy and Human Resources from the University of Pittsburgh, a Professional in Human Resources certification, and a Bachelor of Arts in German and Political Science from the University of Nairobi.
