Chad Montgomery

Chad Montgomery has extensive experience in healthcare sales and management, currently serving as the National Manager of Surgical Education at BD since August 2008. In this role, Chad focuses on developing relationships with strategically aligned speakers and key opinion leaders, as well as managing healthcare professionals and surgeon trainers to align with business needs. Prior to this, Chad worked as a Territory Sales Consultant and National Field Sales Trainer, specializing in Biosurgery products and establishing connections with C-Suite executives and surgical staff. Previous experience includes roles at MarketSource and Advantage Sales and Marketing, managing territories and developing marketing strategies for T-Mobile Hotspot, along with early career experience at T-Mobile in retail management. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration & Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership in Healthcare Organizations from the University of Denver.
