With over 20 years of experience, they have held significant roles at companies such as CR Bard, Hoyt Archery, and Raytheon, focusing on operations, manufacturing engineering, and quality management. Swank has a strong track record in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives, alongside their commitment to mentoring and developing future leaders. They also actively officiate football at various levels and have contributed to the sport through leadership roles in officiating organizations. Swank earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Utah and a B.S. in Design Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University.
