Crystal Washington

Crystal Washington has extensive experience in customer care and management, currently serving as a Customer Care Manager at BD since August 2011, where responsibilities have included roles as Team Lead and Coach/Trainer. Prior to this, Crystal Washington owned Crystal Clear Discount Bibles, an online Christian bookstore, from August 2006 to December 2013. Earlier career achievements include serving as Sales/Marketing Director at Good News TV from June 2006 to January 2008, where responsibilities encompassed selling television airtime, managing office staff, and marketing the station. Crystal Washington holds a Bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Alamo College.
