Glenn Stefaniak

Glenn Stefaniak, MBA, PMP, serves as the Associate Director of PMO at BD, overseeing Global Product R&D and Sustaining Engineering projects for pharmacy products since December 2023. Previously, Glenn worked as a Program & Portfolio Management Consultant at Redbock, where a contract was completed for ICU Medical, focusing on infusion systems. From 2018 to 2022, Glenn led a Research and Development team at Fresenius Medical Care North America, specializing in pharmaceuticals and FDA 510(k) medical devices. Glenn also established a PMO for B. Braun Medical, managing various initiatives in pharmaceuticals and medical devices from 2012 to 2018. Prior experience includes senior project management roles at Allergan and Baxter International, and engineering positions at Bausch & Lomb and Kearfott Guidance and Navigation. Glenn holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
