Jacky Chen is currently the Vice President of Quality for Greater China at BD, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Senior Quality Director for Greater China and Corporate QA & RA Head at TINAVI Medical Technologies, and held various quality assurance management positions at Johnson & Johnson Medical Suzhou from 2006 to 2016. Jacky has more than 17 years of experience in quality assurance, including extensive training in the UK and USA, and has successfully led quality teams and maintained excellent compliance profiles through rigorous external audits. They hold a Master's degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA from Nanjing University.
