Jonathan Camaclang is an experienced technical leader with a strong background in customer service management and IT infrastructure. Currently serving as Director of Technical Customer Service Management at BD, Jonathan oversees global Product Support Engineering, Device Security, and Remote Support Services for the Pyxis and Alaris product lines. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at Omnitracs, where responsibilities included directing the Information Technology department, managing mission-critical SaaS/hosting platforms, and providing interim oversight for the Information Security Program. Jonathan's career also includes significant contributions at QUALCOMM, managing support teams and fostering best practices in service design and IT strategic planning. An early career at Ace Parking involved systems analysis and implementing network infrastructure. Jonathan holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from San Diego State University.
