Lisa Bailey

Lisa Bailey is an experienced engineer with a background in product development and quality systems in the medical device industry. Since April 2016, Lisa has been working at BD as an Associate Staff Engineer in Product Development, previously serving as a Senior Research and Development Engineer. Prior experience includes a role at CR Bard, where Lisa led cross-functional project teams and conducted market assessments as a Senior Research & Development Engineer on the International Team. Earlier positions also include Quality Systems Engineer and Engineer at BD, and roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Research & Development Engineer at Vital Access. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, complementing earlier education at Westminster University.
