Padraig FitzGerald has extensive experience in research and development within the diagnostics and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as Worldwide Vice President of R&D for Diagnostic Solutions at BDB, Padraig FitzGerald oversees global R&D activities, develops strategies, and drives talent development to meet business objectives. Prior roles include Vice President of R&D Engineering at ON Semiconductor, where Padraig FitzGerald focused on lab automation, software, and solutions, and Senior Engineering Lead at TE Connectivity, leading new product development initiatives.
