Phillip Emmert is an experienced professional in quality operations and regulatory compliance, currently serving as Director of Post Market Quality Operations at BD since May 2017. In this role, Phillip oversees Product Complaint and Customer Quality Relations Management, managing three technical teams focused on Complaints Management, Customer Quality Relations, and Data Management. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University.
