Sara Goncus

Sara Goncus is the Plant Manager at BD, where they lead production operations and continuous improvement initiatives. With over 20 years of diverse experience, Sara began their career in software development after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Computer Engineering. They transitioned to quality assurance with Lockheed Martin, subsequently expanding their expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and effective management in various roles, including Quality Assurance Engineer and Operations Manager.
