Sarika Bhardwaj

Sarika Bhardwaj has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as DM HR at BD since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sarika worked as Sr. Manager HRGA at MITSUI KINZOKU ACT TANGER MAROC from January 2024 to May 2024 and as H.R Specialist at Hollister Medical India from October 2009 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing the complete recruitment life cycle and liaising with various recruitment stakeholders. Sarika's career began as an HR Assistant at PARACOAT from June 2007 to September 2009 and involved managing activities as an Activity Incharge at CAMBRADGE SCHOOL between May 2001 and July 2007. Sarika holds an MBA in HR from Manipal Institute of Technology, a Master's in Political Science from Rajasthan Technical University, and a Master's in Economics from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak.
